What's with the name?

Queen of Lux is a pretty awesome name, we know. We like the word "Lux" which is
short for luxury because that's exactly what we do. We make luxury bath and beauty
products. The kind of products that royalty uses (or should) and that pretty much
makes us the Queen.

How do you make such awesome products?

Every one of our products is handmade, handpackaged, and handshipped. We also
design the brand, the labels, and what goes into each package (we also pick
out the packaging). We believe in making our products from as many natural
ingredients as possible and with little or no preservatives. Our products are
NEVER tested on animals but have been tested on humans while animals watched. We
figured it was only fair and I'm pretty sure they enjoyed it.

Where I can buy your stuff?

We've got a store on Etsy where you can buy all of our awesome and fun bath and beauty products. If you haven't checked out Etsy you should
know that it's fantastic. It takes less than five minutes to sign up for an account with Etsy and you can pay for your purchase using Paypal. It couldn't be simpler!

How long does it take to get my order?

Once you pay for your order on Etsy we will ship within two business days -- the next business day if possible. We don't want you to have to wait any extra time to be able to enjoy our products.

What's your policy on returns?

Well first of all, we hope you don't ever need to read this section but if there's a problem with your order, please email us and let us know so we can make it right. We want our customers happy. Keep in mind, some products need to be stirred up before use.

If you were stranded on a deserted island and could only take three things with
you, what would you take?

This is an easy one. Signature Peppermint Lip Balm in Ooh La-La, Bag-O-Jewel Sugar
Scrubs, and Lemon Meringue Whipped Body Butter. Ooh it feels like heaven! Just because you're stranded on a deserted island doesn't mean you can't look fantastic!
